collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the PRide (EV Rental) mobile
application (the "App") available on Android and iOS, and the associated Admin Panel (collectively,
the "Platform").
By registering on, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in
accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
- Full Name
- Mobile Number
- Email ID
- Profile photo (if provided)
- Address proof documents
- Other KYC / verification documents you upload for driver onboarding and account verification
- Account holder name, bank account number, IFSC code, and bank passbook photo
- Payment and transaction details processed through our third-party payment gateway
- House/Flat number, street address, city, state, country, and pincode
- Camera – to capture and upload documents/photos
- Gallery/Storage – to select and upload existing photos/documents
You may disable these permissions at any time through your device settings; however, certain features of the App may not function properly without them.
- Rental request history, subscription plan details, vehicle assignment records
- App usage data, log information, device identifiers, and crash reports
- To create and verify your driver account
- To process onboarding fees, token payments, and subscription payments
- To assign, track, and manage electric vehicles
- To send transactional notifications via SMS, email, or push notification
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud
- To provide customer/driver support
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
- To improve and maintain the App's functionality and security
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Payment Gateway Providers
- OTP/SMS Service Providers
- Our Admin/Operations Team
- Law Enforcement or Regulatory Authorities
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Onboarding fees and subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, except as required by applicable law.

The App is intended for individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The App may integrate with third-party services (payment gateways, OTP providers, maps/GPS). These third parties have their own privacy policies.
