Vehicle Rental Terms

These conditions help keep every Pride EV ride safe, simple and convenient for our customers.

Eligibility & Booking

The renter must provide valid identification and any documents required at the time of booking. Booking details must be accurate and complete.

  • Customer must meet the applicable minimum age requirement.
  • Valid government-issued ID may be required.
  • Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation.

Vehicle Use

The vehicle must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes. The renter is responsible for the vehicle throughout the rental period.

  • Do not use the vehicle for racing or unsafe activities.
  • Do not overload the vehicle beyond its designed capacity.
  • Do not modify, dismantle or tamper with the vehicle.

Safety Requirements

Safety must always be the first priority. Follow traffic rules and all applicable local regulations while operating the vehicle.

  • Wear the required safety equipment at all times.
  • Follow speed limits and traffic signals.
  • Never operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Charging & Battery

Electric vehicles should be charged only using approved charging equipment and according to the instructions provided by Pride EV.

  • Use compatible and safe charging equipment.
  • Do not attempt to repair or open the battery.
  • Report charging or battery issues immediately.

Damage, Loss & Responsibility

The renter may be responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized use or violation of these terms.

  • Inspect the vehicle before starting your ride.
  • Report accidents or visible damage promptly.
  • Keep the vehicle secure when it is unattended.

Pickup & Return

The vehicle should be collected and returned at the agreed location and within the confirmed rental period.

  • Return the vehicle in a reasonably clean condition.
  • Return accessories and equipment supplied with the vehicle.
  • Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the booking type, cancellation time and applicable Pride EV policies.

  • Cancellation requests should be made through the approved channel.
  • Applicable cancellation fees may be deducted.
  • Refund processing times may vary.

Breakdown & Emergency Support

If the vehicle develops a fault or an emergency occurs, stop at a safe location and contact Pride EV support as soon as possible.

  • Do not attempt major repairs yourself.
  • Share accurate vehicle and location details with support.
  • Follow the support team's instructions.

Customer Agreement

By confirming a Pride EV booking or using a Pride EV vehicle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Vehicle Terms & Conditions. Additional terms may apply to a particular vehicle, booking or service.
